About us

"Positive Angels e.V." is the registered German supporting association for "Positive
Women". We were inspired by Joseph Morgan, one of the celebrity supporters, to perk up the organisation and to support their wonderful work.



About Positive Women:

"Positive Women is the coming together of The Children of Swaziland and
Swaziland Positive Women, two established and successful charities already in
operation. The founders of these charities – Siphiwe Hlophe and Kathryn
Llewellyn – saw huge potential to develop the work that both organisations
undertake, so pioneered Positive Women as an innovative and forward-thinking
project that reaches all eight of the Millennium Development Goals.

Our work focuses on supporting women to change their own lives and
circumstances. We support them and their families in projects that will help
allievate poverty and make significant social change. Through education of their
children and HIV/Aids orphans, through women-led income generation projects and
through our legal work, Positive Women is helping the women of Swaziland and
their families secure their basic needs, and empower them to secure a different,
better future.

Positive Women has reached some of the poorest communities in Swaziland and has
already had significant and far-reaching impact on the lives of thousands of
women and children."

Positive Angels supports their concerns by raising money at different conventions and events or online via twitter and facebook. We do auctions, fundraising and much more, you can look forward to.


In 2012 we already took place at "Crimson Sky Convention" in Vienna and achieved a great deal.
Now we want to continue with that. We are planning to visit about four or five conventions in Europe in 2013. Now that we are a registered association we have a lot more things in the works. We´re happy to announce that a trade has agreed to support us by selling Positive Women, Positive Angels and TVD fan products and thereafter donating about half of the sales to Positive Angels. Everything they sell is handmade and unique, like "Support Positive Women"- or "Team Klaus"- wristbands, buttons and other stuff.
Beside this we are setting up our own website parallel to our accounts on Twitter and Facebook right now (Check those out for news).

We  are also planning to start some small events in Germany and Austria next year.

Most importantly you need to know that this is not just about raising money. We are mainly here  to spread the word for Positive Women and support them in every way possible. We want to see a future with people willing to help instead of feeling forced to do so due to their surroundings. It´s a future where we all can look forward to something better, where we can say that we actually reached a goal together. All as one.
